FREE Quarterly Resources
& PD for School Leadership Educators
Every quarter the Learn360 team provides a live 30-minute webinar designed for school leaders to update their understanding of how precision learning is developing and how it can be implemented.
Topics include:
– Identity: the biology and psychology of how students form their sense of self
– Natural Strengths: how biology determines and fast-tracks our ability to predict and support the strengths of the student
– Behaviour: Understand the key steps that educators miss
– Environment: Differentiating the learning environment to create flow for each student
Every educator is different and a large number will experience signs of burnout most terms, and more signiifcantly at least once per year. The resources and articles discuss what to be aware of and how different strategies are needed for different individuals. Without this differentiation in support, it is likely educators will repeatedly experience fatigue and lower performance even when they are actively attempting to intervene.
Learn360 works alongside its associated corporate wellness arm, ShaeWellness to deliver world-leading insights and white papers that give hope and science to the notion that educators can thrive and flow in their role with the right adjustments to their daily activities.
Student wellbeing is often thought of being in 2 different categories: mental or physical wellbeing. However, these 2 areas of their health are inextricably linked.
Resources are supplied that give a comprehensive view of what could be causing stress and poor wellbeing for different students and the breadth of strategies that need to be considered to ensure that each student is supported.

Precision Learning Survey for School Leaders
Complete this survey and earn the chance to receive a free PD session as part of the IPSHA in-kind sponsorship. This research explores impressions of precision learning, the need for it, and how you believe it needs to be delivered to be effective.
The short survey provides key insights for you in the direction of education with the results giving you an update on general readiness and need for this in your school and in education in general.
By completing the survey, it forms part of your EOI for a free PD session on precision health that can support your educators.

Whole-School Immersion in Precision Health Research
